Madeleine Albright, Chris Matthews — they’re not the kind of VIPs you’d typically expect to be rocking backstage passes at a Verizon Center concert.

Barbra Streisand’s show last night brought out a multitude of Democratic power players — an establishment crowd that’s sure to be a far cry from the millennials that will pack the arena to see Drake tonight.

Rep. Donna Edwards, columnist Al Hunt, news anchor Judy Woodruff, Sen. Edward Markey and Ambassador Deborah Birx were among the notable Dems and A-listers spotted backstage while attending the concert in support of Streisand’s campaign to promote women’s heart health. Last night’s concert was the third-to-last show of Babs’s 10-concert tour, which is raising funds for the Women’s Heart Alliance — a collaboration between two medical institutions, one started by Streisand herself.
